Products are unframed photographic paper prints, produced to order by theprintspace on Epson Semi Gloss 260 gsm paper. No frame or passepartout is included. Size options describe the complete sheet, including the white border; image dimensions are shown separately. Photographs retain their original proportions. Screen colours can differ from the physical print.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros. No VAT is charged under § 19 UStG. Shipping is shown separately before payment: Germany €4.90; other EU countries €9.90 per order.
You can adjust quantities or remove items in your bag and choose the delivery country before proceeding to Stripe. Stripe collects payment and delivery details. Available methods are displayed there and depend on device and eligibility. Completing the final payment button submits a binding paid order; the contract is concluded when payment is successfully completed. If payment fails or is cancelled, no paid order is created. The contract language is English. We retain your order details and send them, the applicable customer information and your PDF invoice by email; there is no customer account for later online access. You can save or print this information. Before submitting payment, check and correct the details in the bag and Stripe checkout.
Delivery and customer rights
Delivery is available to Germany and the other EU member states offered in checkout. The selected country determines the shipping rate; Stripe requires a delivery address in that country. Estimated delivery: Germany 3–7 business days; other EU countries 7–15 business days after payment, including production. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. This is an estimate; delivery may take longer.
Standard catalogue prints are subject to the consumer right of withdrawal; production after ordering alone is not treated as an exclusion. Withdrawal instructions and online form.
