Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, receives the goods. For one order delivered in separate parcels, the period runs from receipt of the last goods.
To exercise your right, inform Henk Reinicke, Henk Reinicke Media, Bismarckstraße 23, 20259 Hamburg, Germany, email orders@henks.pics, telephone +49 176 30605015, of your decision by an unambiguous statement. You may use the online withdrawal function below or the model form, but neither is mandatory. It is sufficient to send your declaration before the withdrawal period expires. If you use the online function, we will send you an acknowledgement by email without undue delay, including the content of your declaration and the date and time of receipt.
Effects of withdrawal
We will reimburse payments received, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. Reimbursement uses the original means of payment unless expressly agreed otherwise, without reimbursement fees. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of returning them, whichever occurs first.
Return the goods to Henk Reinicke at the address above without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us. The deadline is met if you send them before that period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Statutory rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected.

You can use this form without an account. An order number is helpful but is not required: a description identifying the order or the prints is sufficient. A reason for withdrawal is not required.
